things i am thankful for
nor is anyone i hold in any kind of esteem or affection;
i have a son, and
as far as i am aware:
he is still alive,
has not been kidnapped by anyone,
and has not been sacrificed to some misguided military cause;
i have use of my arms and legs,
i can breath without mechanical assistance,
i can swallow food,
i can control my bodily functions,
i can wipe my ass without help
i am not bleeding from any bodily oriface
that is all i can think of ...

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrl i am sorrowful for your way of being at this time. Your last 4 posts remind me of a painting by a japenese artist where a child stands on a plank over nothing shooting a bird and says:
fuck the rotten world
and its a little bit true. but no good dog wants to see a friend build the fortress. sending you a rotty wag and by the way i did read kite runner.

You are still here and that is a good thing. You write what we all want to say sometimes and therefore save us some time typing so it is also a good thing. All good things come to an end but it does not mean that they can't start all over again somewhere else, it's natural. I just caught up with the "incident" and hope that things go well for you in any way possible.
